Invictus: Delta Marine’s challenge

Although its launch dates back to 2013, it’s always a reference point for understanding the quality of the single shipyard and the current status of the US shipbuilding industry, especially in terms of interior design.

We are talking about Invictus, 65 meters built by Delta Marine and that, beyond the size, has in its interior, signed by Diane Johnson Design, the most striking element. In particular for the choices made in the materials that evolve around the marble element. A deliberate choice by its owner, and that the interior designer has exalted in every way.  Besides the marble, the combinations of styles with those of color, sometimes quite unusual,  lead the path that winds through a series of rooms where, in addition to light, the flashes of color catch the eye. From the guest cabins on the main deck to the master suite on the upper deck, complete with office and living room, the themes of décor are found everywhere. The main aim of a boat like Invictus is to express  the qualities of a yacht “made in USA” capable of competing on a par with the most famous boats produced in the “old” Europe.
