A new 70′ penned by Finot Conq for JFA

JFA Yachts recently announced the start of the build of the 70’ FC2 (which stands for Finot Conq x Fast Cruiser).

The new beauty will sport an aluminium hull and glass epoxy superstructure assembled using the glue and bolting techniques that JFA has specialised in for many years now. Penned by Finot Conq, she will have a wide hull and large sail plan.

Thanks in part to her light weight, she will be blisteringly high performance to boot. A 4.4-metre draft helps, of course, and can be cut to just 2 metres when required too. The interiors are also built in ultralight materials and with Zebrano wood the star of the show.

A large saloon with galley, a full-beam master cabin, two guest cabins and one for the crew complete the picture. A 180 hp engine provides power while two bow thrusters keep things nimble in port.
