Two must-have specifications for this upcoming 115-metre yacht that had a profound effect on the design:
a helicopter landing platform on the foredeck with a dedicated hangar beneath and, at the exact opposite end of the vessel, a huge beach lounge.
The latter has produced an 18 metre x 8 metre area flooded with natural light coming from the bottom of a poll to the upper deck that acts as skylight. This very special new 115-metre is in development with Mulder Design of Holland, a studio that offers a complete 360-degree package of services from design to naval architecture.
