The magic of the Private World Premiere Riva

Sarnico, on the Bergamo side of Lake Iseo. It was here, in the historic Riva shipyard, that an evening took place that will remain etched in the memories of shipowners and enthusiasts alike: the Private World Premiere Riva, an exclusive event reserved for a select international audience.

The stars of the show? Two new yachts and a surprising limited edition, presented for the first time in an atmosphere suspended between elegance, innovation and pure emotion.

The scene was set by the Riva Iseo Super, a 27-foot runabout that represents the natural evolution of the classic Riva Iseo. The result of the same design philosophy that gave rise to the Riva El-Iseo – the brand’s first fully electric boat, presented in 2024 – this new model renews the legend with cutting-edge technology and styling solutions. Next, in an elegant night parade on the lake, came the Aquariva Special, the only Riva to bear the title “Special” after the iconic Aquarama. With a refined restyling by Officina Italiana Design, the yacht expresses a renewed aesthetic language while remaining faithful to its unmistakable identity.

The scene then shifted to the Riva Cento, the limited edition created to celebrate the 100th unit produced of the famous Rivamare 38, a tribute to one of the shipyard’s most beloved models. The grand finale was the highly anticipated debut of the Riva 58 Capri, the forefather of the new generation of open sports yachts. A boat that combines performance, comfort and a sculpted, contemporary style, without ever betraying the brand’s sporty and elegant DNA.

But the surprises did not stop on the water: the new Gulfstream G650 with interiors designed by Riva flew over the shipyard – a masterpiece of private aviation born from the collaboration between Ferretti Group and Flexjet, a partner of excellence in the world of executive flying. It was a spectacular moment that symbolically united sky and sea under the banner of Italian beauty and craftsmanship.

The experience was enriched by an immersive musical show, curated by the Parisian agency Inspiration Music & Arts under the artistic direction of Jimmy Bitton. The Riva shipyard was transformed into a theatre under the stars, while the gastronomic journey created by the Alajmo brothers delighted guests with a refined combination of creativity and haute cuisine. JLR was also present with its Range Rover brand, automotive partner of the event, sealing the meeting between two worlds united by vision and timeless style.

The celebrations began in the morning at Milano Prime Linate airport with a preview presentation to the press of the Gulfstream G650 and the Sikorsky S-76, both fitted with “Riva Volare” interiors. This is another valuable addition to the collaboration with Flexjet, consolidated one year after the signing of the agreement with the Ferretti Group, which combines design excellence, luxury and uncompromising performance.
