Aquamarine by Heesen

Aquamarine is the first and rather stunning example of Heesen’s new Aluminium 5000 Class. She’s a fast cruiser with a brand-new tank-tested hull by Van Oossanen and a keel optimised by raising and streamlining the transom and incorporating propeller tunnels into the hull.

Her imposing yet sleek lines are the work of Omega Architects. “The design we created for the new 5000 Aluminium Class combines our own heritage with that of Heesen as a builder of elegant and sporty aluminium motoryachts,” said Frank Laupman of Omega Architects.

“The ‘integrated hull and body design’, which was first seen on the iconic 65-metre Galactica Star, gives the yacht’s profile a strong charachter.”

Aquamarine’s Cristiano Gatto interiors are Japanese-influenced and accommodate 12 guests in four cabins on the lower deck plus a large master suite forward on the main.

Aquamarine will touch the water in January 2021.
