Tailor-made for a Californian owner who took delivery in spring 2022, the 67-meter Benetti Calex will make her official debut at the Palm Beach International Boat Show in Florida from March 23 to 26.
It will be the first time the shipyard showcases this full custom model to the public, letting visitors come on board to discover her stand-out features. With a steel hull and an aluminium superstructure, Calex testifies to the shipyard’s ability to build superyachts that perfectly reflect their owner’s personality and desires without losing the references to Benetti tradition that make the brand’s yachts unique and timeless. Calex: privacy for the owner
Calex include a 160-square-meter-plus upper deck reserved for the owner, complete with a totally private outdoor lounge area hidden from the view of people on the decks above. Another notable feature is the Sun Deck fitted out with gym equipment and a Jacuzzi pool for maximum comfort. Separated crew and guest flows are carefully designed to ensure maximum privacy for guests and excellent service on board.
The engine room testifies to the shipyard’s ongoing research and implementation of environment-friendly technologies: the engine room on Calex is Benetti’s first on a full custom yacht this size to fully comply with TIER III regulations thanks to a scrubbing system for the exhaust gases from both the propulsion and generating systems.
