The CRN AMOR À VIDA 67m superyacht, formerly known as Project MARANELLO, was delivered to its owner at the beginning of May. After completing tests and trials at the shipyard, the pleasure vessel set sail on its maiden cruise in the Mediterranean with the arrival of summer.
The naval architecture of this extraordinary steel and aluminium displacement superyacht was developed by the engineering team of the Ferretti Group Superyachts Division. The project perfectly combines CRN’s know-how, design and build quality with the creativity and craftsmanship of the yacht design studio Nuvolari Lenard, which was responsible for both the exterior and interior design; the interior design was created in collaboration with Valentina Zannier.
The new displacement pleasure vessel, 67.55 metres in length overall, completely custom-built, with a beam of 11.80 metres and a gross tonnage of 1450 GT, is spread over six decks and accommodates up to 12 people, divided between the owner’s suite on the upper deck and five guest cabins on the lower deck: a VIP cabin at the bow on the main deck, convertible into a double cabin, and four other cabins.
The exterior style of AMOR À VIDA is elegant, characterised by aerodynamic and sculpted lines that reveal a strong and distinctive identity, capable of incorporating the specific requests of the owner, reflecting his preferences and lifestyle. CRN, the shipyard’s project management team and skilled craftsmen, together with the owner’s project management team and selected subcontractors, have worked together to achieve the highest standards of excellence in terms of quality, design, innovation and performance, with the utmost craftsmanship and cutting-edge solutions.
The yacht’s propulsion and energy management are based on an innovative hybrid propulsion system, which increases the fuel efficiency of both the main engines and generators, improving guest comfort during navigation. The yacht is equipped with two MTU main engines (12V4000 M63 1500kW@1800 rpm) and is IMO TIER III certified. It reaches a top speed of 16 knots, with a cruising speed of 15 knots.
AMOR À VIDA also features a state-of-the-art heat recovery system, which optimises hot water management for the swimming pools and the entire hydraulic system. By recovering and reusing excess heat, the system significantly reduces energy consumption and operating costs, while ensuring a fast and constant water supply throughout the yacht.
CRN‘s distinctive value lies in its construction and design expertise, combined with its ability to understand and give shape to every request: the bespoke culture that is fully expressed in Amor à Vida and in every construction process, making the owner’s experience unique and personal.
