CRN launches the 67metres Amor Vida

CRN ‘s new fully customised steel and aluminium displacement yacht was launched in Ancona at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard: M/Y Amor à Vida received her christening on the water in a private and very heartfelt ceremony.

Formerly known as Project MARANELLO, M/Y Amor à Vida, 67.55 metres overall length, 11.80 metres beam and 1450 GT, combines CRN ‘s design and construction know-how and quality with the creativity of the Nuvolari Lenard architecture studio, which took care of both the superyacht’s exterior and interior.

Brokerage house Moran Yacht & Ship played a key role as owner representative and project management team for the client. This role continued throughout all phases of construction, from technical verification, inspection and acceptance, through to project management activities, on-site supervision and support for the coordination of external contractors.

The result is a fully customised 67-metre steel and aluminium yacht with 6 decks, accommodating up to 12 people and 17 crew members

The exterior styling of M/Y Amor à Vida is elegant, characterised by streamlined, taut, flowing and powerful lines, with a very strong stylistic identity that fully incorporates the owner’s specific requirements, embodying his vision and way of life.

The yacht is equipped with a state-of-the-art hybrid propulsion system that allows for efficient fuel consumption of both the main engines and generators, while also improving guests’ comfort while sailing. It also features a heat recovery system that optimises the management of hot water for the swimming pools and hydraulic system, with the aim of reducing energy impact and costs, while ensuring fast and efficient service.

In the coming months, the superyacht will continue its interior and exterior fitting-out, testing and sea trials until the ship is scheduled for delivery in spring.
