Generous volumes, transparent naval architecture and diffused natural light come together in Custom Line’s new masterpiece in the displacement line, launched at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona.
The first Custom Line Navetta 35 superyacht was launched on 28 May at the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona. The launch ceremony was attended by the company’s senior management, the owner’s representative, the captain, the surveyor, shipyard staff and external contractors, as well as the project architects Filippo Salvetti and Chiara Massarani of ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel.
The launch consolidates the brand’s strategic positioning in the displacement yacht segment below 270 GT and reinforces the synthesis of design, engineering innovation and master craftsmanship that has always defined its identity. Confirming market interest, the model has already recorded the sale of three units even before the launch of the first hull.
The sea at the heart of the on-board experience
Three elements make the sailing experience unique and immersive for the owner and guests:
• an almost transparent naval architecture, which places the sea at the centre of life on board;
• the seamless interconnection between interiors and exteriors, which enhances the pleasure of socialising;
• sophisticated combinations of elegance and comfort that characterise every space on the yacht.
A made-to-measure superyacht
Measuring 34.5 metres in length and 7.7 metres in beam, the Navetta 35 is the result of a collaboration between the Product Strategy Committee, the Ferretti Group Engineering Department and the strategic consultancy of Custom Line Atelier, which oversaw the definition and development of the interior style to reflect the owner’s aesthetic preferences.
The exterior design is by architect Filippo Salvetti, whilst the interior architecture bears the signature of ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. The result embodies the values that have always been in the brand’s DNA: high-quality Made in Italy craftsmanship, functional design, technological innovation and refined beauty.
Three decks, over 300 square metres of space
Spanning three decks, the layout embodies a contemporary vision of life at sea, with ample spaces dedicated to socialising and the well-being of the owner’s family and guests. Over 300 square metres of interior and exterior space alternate between areas for socialising and relaxation, enhanced by cosy freestanding furnishings and fluid layouts. The yacht accommodates up to 10 people in 5 cabins: an owner’s suite on the main deck and 4 guest cabins on the lower deck, with separate access routes ensuring privacy and functionality for guests and crew.
A clean-lined and dynamic profile
The exteriors are distinguished by a clean-lined and harmonious design language: sculptural surfaces, balanced volumes and clean lines define a contemporary and dynamic profile.
Interiors that interact with the sea
The interiors amplify the sense of space and the continuous interaction with the marine environment, thanks to the extensive use of floor-to-ceiling glazing and an almost transparent architecture, designed to allow natural light to flow from stern to bow and on every side. The innovative staircase follows the same philosophy, designed to ensure maximum privacy and blend discreetly into the ship’s design. The absence of an external staircase at the stern of the main deck makes the cockpit a fully usable space, the true heart of social life.
The design language translates into soft volumes, organic geometries and custom-made freestanding furniture by Antonio Citterio, raised off the ground to the point of appearing to almost float in space.

The “Light Mood”: light, material, lightness
For the first hull, interpreting the owner’s wishes, ACPV ARCHITECTS developed the Light Mood: a concept featuring ivory, beige and caramel tones that runs through the spaces, amplifying their depth, brightness and lightness. This balance is reflected in the choice of materials — the vibrant Pietra di Vicenza, the light wood of the flooring and the sand-coloured leather of the upholstery and details — creating a warm and refined atmosphere.
The result is a sophisticated and immersive sailing experience, in which light, materials and transparency blur the boundaries between indoor and outdoor spaces, transforming every area into a privileged vantage point overlooking the sea.
