The second unit of the Dolphin blue Amels 80 series, christened Netto II, has left the Vlissingen sheds to begin her maiden voyage toward the Mediterranean. With this departure, Damen Yachting celebrates the delivery of a new superyacht within its Limited Editions line, a programme that combines proven naval architecture with advanced customisation possibilities. Measuring 80 metres and boasting a gross tonnage of 2,197 GT, Netto II was initially built in Galati, Romania, before being transferred to the Netherlands for final outfitting. Sold in 2022 to an experienced owner with a clear vision for active life at sea, she now stands as one of the most personal interpretations of the Amels 80 concept.
A spectacular debut in the Mediterranean
The exterior profile, designed by Espen Øino, is instantly recognisable thanks to its dolphin blue metallic hull, a shade that captures the light and defines the yacht’s identity. The line is completed by a platinum bootstripe and a crisp white superstructure that adds balance and timeless elegance. The interiors, crafted by Sinot Yacht Architecture & Design, reflect a bespoke approach: every space has been shaped around the owner’s lifestyle and that of his family, with particular attention to active living and direct connection with the sea.
Kees de Keizer, the owner’s representative, highlighted how the collaboration with Damen Yachting was marked by flexibility, expertise and the ability to translate a personal vision into a complex nautical object. Netto II perfectly embodies the Limited Editions philosophy: a consolidated technical platform that nonetheless allows for an impressive level of customisation.
Spaces designed for living the sea
On board, the layout has been conceived to offer a balance between conviviality and privacy. Up to 14 guests can be accommodated in seven suites, including the vast Owner’s Deck, a 517-square-metre private retreat suspended above the water. The six guest cabins on the Main Deck are connected to a panoramic lounge with floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the Aft Deck, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.
The Sun Deck, spacious and bright, features a large jacuzzi and generous open-air areas designed for relaxation. But the true heart of the yacht’s connection with the sea is the Beach Club, a space that opens on three sides and includes a gym, hammam and sauna. Above it, a 6.5‑metre glass-bottom pool brings natural light directly into the Beach Club, creating a striking visual effect.
Among the most personal details is a speakeasy-style bar inspired by 1960s casinos, adding a vintage touch to the yacht’s contemporary atmosphere. At the bow, a large tender garage and a touch-and-go helipad complete the equipment dedicated to global exploration.

The Amels 80 platform has been engineered to ensure efficiency, comfort and autonomy on long ocean passages. The optimised hull and modern propulsion guarantee quiet, stable navigation, while a crew of 20 professionals ensures flawless operations. The naval architecture, developed entirely in-house by Damen Yachting, confirms the solidity of a project already celebrated with the delivery of sistership Pangea, winner of a Judges’ Commendation at the 2026 World Superyacht Awards.
Build captain Fraser Gow described with emotion the journey that led to the creation of Netto II, calling her a remarkable vessel and emphasising the human bond with the Amels team.
