To take care of them a crew that could vary between 70 and 100 people including the commander. Spread over eight bridges, the new project (as yet unnamed) of Donald Starkey would have a width of 25 meters and dive at full load of 6.5 meters. The maximum speed is 20 knots with a range of 6,000 miles at 18 knots.
