Mark April the 8th , 9th and 10th on your agenda for the London Yacht, Jet & Prestige Car Show during which Spirit Yachts, the English shipyard born in 1993, will present their latest sailing project: Spirit 110′.
Famous for providing the 54 feet with which Daniel Craig (aka James Bond) navigated the canals of Venice Casino Royale, Spirit Yachts has an experience of 20 years in the design and construction of yachts and that particularly fascinated , in regattas for vintage boats that fall into the category Spirit of Tradition. An acknowledgment to the elegance of the lines of Spirit Yachts and that makes all the boats leaving the yard of Ipswich, in Suffolk unique. They are strictly made of wood with the use of epoxy resins. A combination that ensures maximum strength and lightness of construction and that makes sailing yachts by Spirit Yachts the perfect vessels for racing and cruising.
For Sean McMillan, CEO of Spirit Yachts and designer of the new sloop, the 110, the new flagship of the shipyard, has “the elegance of a wooden boat, the modernity of carbon rigging and power that comes from its low weight “. Three characteristics that unite the great comfort that makes 110′ a yacht that can also be dedicated to long voyages. The plan for the new project will be shown in London.
The interiors are characterised by three double cabins for six guests and accommodation for four crew members. The large semicircular deck house with large windows is a particular detail with the function to give guests the best view of the sea from the large living room that makes the heart of the Spirit 110 ‘yacht. This vessel, for its lines and its quality is unequivocally made to be a shipowner’s finest .
