From the Lagoon to Asolo: the debut of Luxoria Emotion, where time becomes precious

There is a moment, aboard the Sessa Marine C48 as it glides slowly across the Lagoon, when the true philosophy of Luxoria Emotion becomes clear. Time seems to stand still, the frenzy of city life giving way to memorable instants of pure sensory calm. This, ultimately, is the thesis that the new Veneto-based lifestyle management platform set out to convey with its itinerary “The Heritage Path: Venice to Asolo”, staged on 17 and 18 June.

The Heritage Path: Venice to Asolo

The starting point is Venezia Santa Lucia railway station, from where a private water taxi crossed the heart of the Lagoon to Certosa Marina. Here comes the first change of scene: boarding the Sessa Marine C48, Luxoria’s own yacht, for a deliberately slow cruise — “Slow Laguna” — that reveals a Venice quite different from the one shaped by tourist flows, observed from the water as it dissolves into the distance.

On board, lunch was signed by the project’s partners: a guided tasting of Cru Caviar paired with selections from Barone Pizzini, the maison behind the first organic Franciacorta. An authentic, convivial moment that weaves product, territory and hospitality into a single thread.

Docking at the marina of Jesolo Lido marks the shift from water to road. After a technical briefing came the handover of the supercar fleet: Porsche GT4 RS, Porsche 911, Porsche 718 Boxster, Aston Martin Vantage and the Genesis G80 Electrified, the chauffeur-driven electric saloon designed for those who prefer the back seat to the wheel. Destination: the Prosecco Hills. The driving leg is among the most intense of the whole route: adrenaline-charged through the bends, evocative in the vistas that open up over every ridge.

The stop at Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, at Col Vetoraz, sits in the heart of the Cartizze, with a private tasting in the glass-walled room overlooking the UNESCO landscape of the Prosecco Hills of Conegliano and Valdobbiadene. Then comes the panoramic road through the Asolo hills to Cavaso del Tomba, where the Asolo Golf Club offers a first taste of the game and a tour of the grounds, in an experience that blends a picturesque landscape with sport.

The day ends in Asolo, “the city of a hundred horizons” beloved of Carducci, with check-in at the Albergo al Sole, a historic address of local hospitality. Wrapped in the stone of a medieval town that seems suspended in time, the atmosphere is the kind one does not forget: the sunset aperitivo on the panoramic terrace, golden light spilling over the hills, and the signature dinner at the hotel’s restaurant seal the journey. The following morning, breakfast on the terrace and a private transfer to Venezia Mestre bring the experience to a close. In under 48 hours: lagoon, yacht, supercars, wine, golf and a historic town — a dense programme, curated in every detail to craft a superlative experience.

The philosophy of Luxoria Emotion

Luxoria Emotion made its official debut in May 2026, with a presentation at the Venice Boat Show, and defines itself as an “Architect of Time”: a platform coordinating assets across land, sea and air to turn Northern Italy into a private, tailor-made itinerary. “Time is the true luxury, and Luxoria makes it infinite” is its value proposition to clients. The promise is to condense into 48 or 72 hours an intensity of experience that would normally take weeks, thanks to flawless organisation.

Behind the project is a Northern Italian entrepreneurial group with over thirty years of history in real estate and construction, transferring to high-end rental the same values — precision and reliability — built up in its core business. Formally, the company operates as an online-only travel agency, headquartered in Villorba (Treviso).

Fleet and assets

The heart of the model is the proprietary fleet. On the road: Aston Martin Vantage, Porsche 911, Porsche 718 GT4 RS and Porsche 718 Boxster on the sporting side, alongside the Genesis G80 Electrified for chauffeur-driven service. On the water, the Sessa Marine C48, 15.72 metres, with a full-beam owner’s suite and capacity for up to 12 people, serves as the base for experiences in the Lagoon and along the Adriatic. Completing the system is the aviation division, with helicopters and private jets operated by certified carriers, designed to ensure swift connections to the Dolomites and the coast.

Then there is an asset that does not move, yet is central to the model: the Luxoria Lounge in Treviso, a stately villa conceived as a hub for business meetings, board meetings, private events and presentations, with a dedicated concierge service. Around the Lounge also revolves the Luxoria Club, the private community that embodies the relational dimension of the project.

The experience portfolio

The press trip is the showcase of an already well-structured portfolio: nine itineraries of 48 or 72 hours, all built on the same grammar and played out across four territories of Italy’s North East.

The Lagoon, lived from the water

The experience closest to the yachting world is Venice Lagoon Majesty, two days entirely aboard the Sessa C48. The itinerary crosses the Northern Lagoon between the walled vineyard of Venissa on Mazzorbo and Torcello, with a sunset aperitivo facing St Mark’s Square experienced from the water and a night at anchor in the silence of Certosa Island. On the second day the yacht heads into open water, between Pellestrina and Chioggia, with a lunch of caviar and Franciacorta served on deck and the return along the coast of Jesolo and Caorle. Arrival can even be by helicopter at the Lido’s Nicelli airfield, the historic Art Déco aerodrome.

Wine country and the Dolomites

Three itineraries place the great wine territories centre stage. The Heritage Bubbles retraces the UNESCO hills of Valdobbiadene, while The Amarone Genesis shifts the scene to Valpolicella. Finally, The Apex & Soul: 48H Franciacorta Odyssey is perhaps the most complete for lovers of motoring and yachting alike: a track session at the Porsche Experience Center in Franciacorta, a private sunset cruise on an original Riva on Lake Iseo, and an immersion in Barone Pizzini’s organic world with a vertical tasting of its most prestigious Crus. Cortina, too, is the focus of no fewer than three formats: Cortina Winter Peak, designed for non-skiers, The Alpin Skier, its mirror image for those who ski, and finally the summer version, Cortina Summer Diamond.

The Adriatic proposals

Closing the portfolio are two experiences built around Lignano. The Emerald & Cobalt Way, three days spanning a helicopter landing on the Golf Club green, a supercar “raid” to the Venica & Venica winery in the Collio, and a night aboard the Sessa C48 transformed into a floating suite in the Marina, before cruising towards the cliffs of Duino. The Lignano Prestige Circuit, for groups of 8 to 10, is instead the format dedicated to high-end team building: the yacht becomes a boardroom on the open sea, with lunch at a historic lagoon “Bilancia” fishing hut and one final supercar run before the closing debrief. The company also offers it as a private escape for groups of friends.

Experiential luxury as the new trend

The debut of Luxoria Emotion taps into a real market dynamic: experiential luxury continues to outgrow product luxury, and value is shifting from the object to access — to places, times and contexts that are hard to replicate on one’s own. The Treviso-based platform’s wager is that Northern Italy, between the Lagoon, the UNESCO hills and the Dolomites, can work as a single integrated stage, where logistics disappear and only the experience remains. The journey from Venice to Asolo proved the point with ease, and the 2026 calendar — from the debut at the Venice Boat Show to the inaugural Grand Gala at the Luxoria Lounge, staged on 3 July in Treviso — tells of a project that has only just begun to write its own itinerary.
