Fort Lauderdale, October 2025. A year and a place destined to leave their mark on the world of boating. This is where Next Yacht Group has chosen to shine the spotlight on Next AI-Integrated System, a new development that promises to revolutionize the way we live and manage boats. Not just a simple technological upgrade, but a real paradigm shift.

The result of a collaboration with two leaders in the field of artificial intelligence, AI Technologies and YES Group, the system allows total control of the boat with a single gesture: from lighting to climate, from on-board scenarios to entertainment.

Everything is connected, integrated, and immediate. But the real strength of the Next AI-Integrated System lies in its intelligence: capable of providing real-time data on consumption, tanks, alarms, and maintenance, it ensures operational continuity with consistent response times and total data protection. But the real novelty is that this digital brain will also be able to function in offline mode.

This is an important step forward and a significant leap in quality in terms of technology because, unlike cloud solutions, it guarantees continuity and protection of confidential technical data even in the absence of a network. Confidentiality is another important strength of the new system. Data and conversations never leave the boat. All core functions remain local, 5G/WAN connectivity is optional and only for read-only remote access.

The first release, which can be experienced firsthand on board a real AB 110 model at the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show, introduces the assistant in text chat mode integrated into the new proprietary My AB and My Maiora apps, the primary interface for AI management. But this is only the beginning. “With this highly innovative project, we are redefining the onboard experience.

For the owner, luxury means simplicity and control. We offer them an assistant that always works, even in the middle of the ocean, without the Internet, in a secure, continuous, and reliable way: artificial intelligence that belongs to the yacht and its family, not to the cloud,“ commented Giorgio Mattei, Vice President of Next Yacht Group. ”Our approach,“ adds Mattei, ”is local-first: data, models, and decisions remain on board.

The AI provides verifiable answers, secure commands, and deep integration with the boat’s systems. In our evolutionary roadmap, we plan to continuously integrate new features and services, such as always-on voice activation with a dedicated wake word and predictive maintenance.” A new way of experiencing technology, designed to make navigation easier, safer, and more intuitive than ever before.
