Sanlorenzo has unveiled SHE, the first Sanlorenzo Heritage: a 25.5-meter yacht that blends the charm of 1960s Italian design with state-of-the-art technology. More than just a model, SHE is a unique creation that marks the beginning of a new philosophy in yachting, one that connects memory and vision, past and future.

“SHE represents a journey spanning seven decades. It’s elegance that doesn’t need to shout, and innovation that honors tradition,” says Massimo Perotti, Chairman and CEO of Sanlorenzo Group.

Born from the collaboration between Sanlorenzo, Zuccon International Project and Lissoni & Partners, SHE embodies the idea of a discreet, conscious kind of luxury where craftsmanship and technology coexist in perfect harmony.

Inspired by the great yachts of the past, SHE reinterprets the pure lines and graceful forms of the 1960s through a contemporary lens. The onboard spaces have been designed as dynamic and adaptable environments, featuring full-height windows, exquisite materials and sartorial details that echo the mid-century Milanese aesthetic. The atmosphere is warm, refined and understated, designed to offer an elegant, intimate cruising experience.

The exterior architecture emphasizes the dialogue between interior and exterior through balanced volumes and abundant natural light. The main deck, laid out on a single level with no physical barriers, ensures seamless movement and a sense of freedom. The stern, discreet during navigation, opens up at anchor to become a sea-level terrace, extending the living area and creating an open, immersive connection with the water.

At the bow, a relaxation area with solarium completes the superstructure, while the modular sun deck, equipped with the Smart Island system, allows the configuration of spaces without fixed elements that could interrupt the visual transparency. Material choices also follow this philosophy: the deck features a sustainable reinterpretation of natural teak, ensuring comfort, low maintenance and cooler surfaces.

“SHE is not just a boat, it is memory set afloat,” notes Bernardo Zuccon, Zuccon International Project.

The interiors, designed by Piero Lissoni, combine retro grace with contemporary innovation. The layout develops across three levels: the main salon, with its expansive windows and integrated wheelhouse, has been conceived as a fluid, convivial space.

A slightly lower mezzanine hosts the dining area, galley and crew quarters, creating a harmonious and natural transition between spaces. The lower deck houses a full-beam owner’s cabin, a VIP cabin and a guest cabin, each with private bathroom, enhanced by refined materials and a warm, sophisticated atmosphere.

“SHE reuses traditional elements with a refined aesthetic language, jumping straight into 2030,”
says Piero Lissoni.

SHE also marks a technological turning point for Sanlorenzo as the first yacht in the fleet to feature Volvo Penta’s hybrid IPS propulsion system, with two IPS30 units of 1000 HP each. She can cruise in full-electric mode at up to 9 knots, ensuring silent, zero-emission navigation, or in diesel mode with automatic battery recharging in just 45 minutes. A third “booster” mode combines electric and diesel power, enhancing performance while optimizing fuel consumption. Completing this sustainable vision is SHE’s custom tender: a 3.95-meter ultralight carbon fiber boat equipped with electric propulsion.

With SHE, Sanlorenzo reaffirms its role as a key ambassador of Italian nautical culture, shaping a true manifesto of elegance and innovation. The project stems from a five-year creative dialogue between the shipyard and two of Italy’s leading design studios, with the aim of reinterpreting heritage and transforming it into a new, timeless language. SHE is dedicated to discerning owners who recognize authentic beauty, value rarity and embrace a sophisticated, understated approach to luxury.
