Zuccon International Project introduces Hubzeta

Zuccon International Project announces the launch of hubZeta, a new creative platform born within the studio to explore fresh directions in design that extend beyond the yacht itself — embracing the wider world of innovation, product development and contemporary aesthetics.

As a natural evolution of Zuccon’s design journey, hubZeta reflects the studio’s ongoing commitment to broadening its creative horizons while reinforcing its long-standing collaborations with Sanlorenzo and Bluegame. It embodies a more fluid and entrepreneurial identity — one that merges design culture, technological research and business vision.

At the heart of hubZeta is a dedicated research and development team led by an operations manager and supported by experts with deep technical experience in the nautical industry. The hub is conceived as a dynamic, experimental space designed to transform innovative thinking into tangible, high-quality products that carry forward the Zuccon design DNA.

Since its inception, hubZeta has already initiated two major projects within the international yachting landscape.

The first, developed with Novamarine, marks a bold strategic partnership and a step into new creative territory. While details remain confidential, the collaboration underscores hubZeta’s capacity to attract leading players and deliver visionary, high-impact projects.

In parallel, the hub is also working in the field of marine components, partnering with Parema, a market leader, to develop a semi-transparent roller companionway door that will debut at METS Amsterdam 2025.

hubZeta also supports Zuccon International Project’s ongoing collaboration with Sanlorenzo, contributing to the development of an electric tender designed in partnership with ModenaTech — an Italian company recognized for its advanced work in composites and carbon technologies. The tender exemplifies hubZeta’s mission: turning experimentation into real-world design that unites form, function, and cutting-edge technology.

All of hubZeta’s current and future collaborations stem from shared values, open dialogue and a common design philosophy — with the aim of shaping projects that embody Zuccon’s forward-looking spirit.

The initiative also extends into the refit sector, an increasingly strategic area. Leveraging Zuccon’s extensive design and engineering expertise, hubZeta will assist clients and owners in upgrading existing yachts, breathing new life into them with a contemporary and sustainable approach.

With hubZeta, Zuccon International Project reaffirms its nature as not only a design studio but also a modern, entrepreneurial entity — one capable of anticipating the evolving needs of an industry in transformation.

Dario Amati, CEO hubZeta: “hubZeta represents both continuity and transformation — the natural evolution of a professional journey that began over twenty years ago with Zuccon International Project. This new reality allows us to bring together expertise, experience and ideas in a setting that celebrates cross-disciplinary creativity and entrepreneurial thinking. We wanted to explore new design trajectories linked to the sea, embracing innovation with an open and dynamic mindset. hubZeta is a living laboratory — a space where the studio’s heritage meets the future“.
