One of the historic brands of Italian yachting is reborn. Following its acquisition by Seven Stars Marina&Shipyard Leopard, the shipyard founded in 1973 by the Picchiotti family is back and presents the first model of the new era. This 36-meter yacht represents a new interpretation of shipbuilding, favoring the production of custom-made yachts designed to meet the client’s needs, as opposed to industrial mass production. The new Leopard yacht will be produced in the Tombolo shipyard, where the last Leopard yachts were built. The shipyard was recently taken over by Seven Stars Marina & Shipyard, an established company in the shipbuilding industry, which aims to be a real all-round service center.
On the historic Navicelli Canal, the operation to restart the brand will involve investments to produce new lines of boats of different sizes to meet the expectations of new owners. Each project will be customized and will be able to count on an articulated and heterogeneous work group, from engineers to naval architects and specialized craftsmen. In addition to the new 36-meter model, which will be the first boat to be produced, two yachts of 24 and 46 meters are also being designed, all designed by Andrea Bacigalupo.
