Sanlorenzo Project Partner at Blue Innovation Dock
Also in 2024, Sanlorenzo has renewed its support as Project Partner at the Blue Innovation Dock, the Boot Düsseldorf platform that brings together visionaries, investors, and institutional stakeholders to discuss new approaches to the marine industry and chart a course together toward a sustainable future.
This will be achieved through the adoption of new technologies and the development of responsible solutions in every area, from the choice of materials to propulsion, production, resource management, and impact on local territories and communities.
And it is within it that a press conference will be held on January 22 at which Sanlorenzo will present news about its partnership with Volvo Penta.

Building on the successes of a 2023 that laid a solid foundation for achieving the goals of the three-year strategic plan, maison Sanlorenzo, which in its creations fuses innovation and sustainability with the highest expression of contemporary luxury, design and comfort, will be present during the Salone with the synthesis of its world of values, visionary creativity and design skills: SL90A, the asymmetric line revolution with which Sanlorenzo has redefined living on the sea.
The concept of the asymmetric line, born in 2016 from the combination of different but both ingenious sensibilities and creativity, that of car designer Chris Bangle and the designer of the external lines Bernardo Zuccon, has indeed redesigned places and flows of life on board, opening up the discovery of new and surprising perspectives on the seascape.
Sanlorenzo SL90A
Because of its relatively small size, SL90A presented a significant challenge from a design perspective and required significant effort in stylistic and functional space management. The extraordinary result obtained now makes it possible to enjoy the peculiarities and advantages of the asymmetric concept even on a boat under 30 meters.
Thanks to its innovative layout, SL90A keeps the walkway exclusively on the starboard side, eliminating the port side, which instead finds space on the roof of the structure, thus expanding the space available for of the salon on the main deck and offering unparalleled brightness, thanks to full-height side windows that open directly onto the sea, providing an unprecedented immersive experience.
It is precisely the adoption of the asymmetrical configuration that also allows the main deck salon and the owner’s cabin to be at the same elevation. The latter benefits from exclusive access to the forward area, while the fly and forward area are interconnected and accommodate a large sundeck integrated into the full-beam superstructure .
The crisp and elegant lines of the SL90A are enhanced by the “One Way” glazing, which when viewed from the outside blends chromatically with the hull, giving a sense of cleanliness and aesthetic continuity, dissolving the perception of boundaries and giving an endless feeling of space.
