Cantiere del Pardo’s certification took place after all employees filled out a questionnaire completely anonymously and on a voluntary basis, which saw a very high response rate of 78% and allowed the certifying company to analyse the answers linked to the five fundamental pillars: Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Pride and Cohesion. Cantiere del Pardo: analysing data to do even better

The results provided a very positive overall perception, however, the aim will be to go and analyse in detail the areas of attention and identify areas for improvement for each department, so as to offer real added value to the company’s growth.

“We relied on ‘Great Place to Work’ to get an objective assessment of our reality, with the aim of giving a voice to our employees, who had the opportunity to express their opinion in total freedom. The desire is not just to take a snapshot of the current state of the company, but to investigate the areas where we are weakest and to take action so that we can improve and grow together,” says Riccardo Mellina Gottardo, HR Business Partner.

“Employees are our real strength, those who enable us to pursue every day the values of quality and tradition that have always distinguished us.

Their views and satisfaction are clearly at the heart of the growth process we are experiencing,’ said Fabio Planamente, CEO of Cantiere del Pardo.
