Saranno circa 140 le anteprime mondiali di questo 44° Cannes Yachting Festival. Ne abbiamo scelte alcune, rigorosamente elencate in ordine alfabetico, che vanno ad aggiungersi a quelle di Azimut Benetti e del Gruppo Ferretti presentate nei giorni scorsi e che potete trovare qui e qui.
Cannes Yachting Festival: Aprea Mare Gozzo 45
Disegnato da Marco Casali di Too Design, Gozzo 45 è un classy cruiser fortemente mediterraneo, a partire dalla totale assenza di gradini in coperta, nel pieno rispetto della filosofia walkaround, e offre numerosi elementi che privilegiano gli spazi aperti per offrire una qualità di vita a bordo unica nel segmento: la plancetta di poppa molto generosa, due grandi prendisole, il tavolo per 8 persone in pozzetto, la lounge di prua, i passavanti laterali ampi e le alte murate.
Sottocoperta, invece, il nuovo Gozzo 45 sorprende con un layout a due cabine con dinette e due bagni, ed un layout optional con tre cabine e due bagni. In entrambe le versioni ci sarà una stretta continuità con l’esterno, privilegiando spazio, aria e luce naturale. La carena è a geometria variabile con V profonda ed è stata concepita per offrire entrambi i sistemi di propulsione adatti a questo tipo di imbarcazione: linea d’asse tradizionale o sistema IPS Volvo Penta.
Baglietto 42 Superfast Rush
Il DNA dell’ultima nata di casa Baglietto è racchiuso nel nome che le dedicato il suo Armatore: “RUSH”, un inno alla velocità, alla prestazione e alla potenza. Sono questi, infatti, gli elementi connotanti di questo yacht in alluminio di 42 metri: linee filanti ed un look moderno e aggressivo, esaltati dal colore grigio scuro dello scafo e dall’ampio uso di superfici vetrate su più livelli che conferisce agli esterni uno stile fortemente contemporaneo.
Ad esaltare il design accattivante contribuisce anche la sovrastruttura Hard Top compatta e poco sviluppata in altezza. Completamente nuova la carena, estremamente performante, disegnata da Plana Design, capace di raggiungere la significativa velocità di 28 nodi di massima grazie a 3 motori MTU 16V 2000 M96 L con 2 trasmissioni esterne in linea d’asse tradizionale e trasmissione VOITH linear jet centrale. Ancora non è confermato, ma a Cannes potrebbe esserci anche Attitude, il primo Dom 33.
Cannes Yachting Festival: Canados 143 Tri-deck
Other atout points include stability and quietness, which were among the must-haves the yard had set for this hull, along with a super-efficient keel to keep fuel consumption as low as possible.The tanks and storage spaces are also those of an explorer and allow a cruising range of up to 6000 nautical miles at 8 knots.Furnishings, decor and living solutions, on the other hand, are those of a luxury superyacht. An innovative mix that can only be appreciated by seeing it in person.
P for Passion, which is a tribute to the history of the Neapolitan shipyard and the passion it has always put into the construction of its boats, and P for Stefano Pastrovich, the world-famous architect who signed the project.
P54 adopts aesthetic and functional choices that focus on space and liveability inside and out, luxury and aesthetics, with a sporty and elegant hull and inside solutions that will not disappoint the most demanding owners.
With a wide bow, an upturned stern, an unbalanced forward profile and a full-beam windscreen, from an aesthetic point of view the P54 will be a boat to behold.
The bow sharpened at the bottom to cut through the sea, widens and rounds towards the deck to create a comfort and privacy zone and give an enveloping feel, with the anchor concealed.
Cannes Yachting Festival: Otam 58 GTS
With the restyling signed by Giuseppe Bagnardi of the Roman BG Design Firm, the 26th unit of the iconic OTAM 58, named “Bad Boy”, is ready for her world debut at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2022. The new look of the OTAM 58 GTS accentuates the sporty character that everyone expects on an OTAM yacht and reinforces its stylistic content while maintaining its recognisability and respecting the Shipyard’s DNA.
Externally, we find a semi-open deckhouse with a windscreen and wraparound window that gives the sensation en plein air but eliminates all the disadvantages of a pure open while offering constant protection from the sun and wind. It also provides a more aerodynamic profile that reduces turbulence to ensure better performance and greater comfort on board at high speeds.
Below deck, the OTAM 58 GTS has two double cabins with en-suite bathrooms, an open plan galley and a third single cabin for extra accommodation or a crew member.
Small, but chic. Who said that yacht design cannot be applied to small boats. The Patrone 100 designed by Tommaso Spadolini is a perfect example of how this is possible. The boat is a celebration of the yard’s 100th anniversary. The yard did not ask for a simple restyling, but a completely new boat that would embody the elegance and charm of the boats of Italy’s golden decade, projecting them into the future.
A daycruiser with clear references to the tradition of Ligurian gozzo boats and the models that have made the yard’s history: hence, for example, the decision to keep the dolphin boat. At the same time, it had to be liveable not only outdoors but also below deck. A model, therefore, that was both sporty and liveable, capable of winning over the yard’s traditional owners, but also capturing the attention of the new generation of yachtsmen, who are very attentive to the boat’s performance and practicality of use.
Cannes Yachting Festival: Sanlorenzo SP 110 and SD90
Sanlorenzo enters the world of sports boats through the front door. And it does so with a project, the SP110 with exteriors by Zuccon International Project and interiors by Piero Lissoni, which opens a new chapter in the yachting sector as it is capable of combining a green sensibility with unique comfort and unparalleled performance.
The first yacht in the SP – “Smart Performance” range, it is the result of an ambitious design objective: to guarantee high performance with maximum energy efficiency thanks to a fractional propulsion system consisting of three significantly smaller engines with an optimal weight/power ratio. Depending on the conditions and the owner’s needs, the boat is able to move around using a single engine, a pair or all three, thus allowing great flexibility, reduced consumption and a different range depending on the desired speed.
Fundamental to the realisation of the SP110 is the hull design, by Marco Arnaboldi, optimised for use with hydrojet propulsion. A further fundamental element around which the SP110 project revolves is sustainability. In fact, the boat is equipped with an energy recovery system that uses high-efficiency 6kW monocrystalline solar panels flanked by a lithium battery pack that makes it possible to maintain hotellerie functions for a few hours without the use of generators.
Also on display for the world premiere will be the SD90 with interiors by Patricia Urquiola
Designed to be an extremely versatile hull, the Sirena 78 is available in several configurations. Its flying bridge, for example, is available in open, semi-enclosed or fully enclosed formats. Each of these latter versions benefits from large windows that let in natural light and allow excellent views. Sirena decided to offer these options because its customers tend to sail to different locations with different climates.
Not only that, most of the furniture will be free standing to allow owners to arrange it according to the needs of the moment. One of the highlights is undoubtedly the large relaxation area in the bow with tables, sofas and sundecks.
Cannes Yachting Festival: Sunseeker 100
The new Sunseeker 100 features a walkaround flybridge connecting the upper deck with the forward lounge and marks the beginning of a ‘new era’ in flybridge design for Sunseeker, the yard said. Built with a GRP hull and superstructure, the 29.8-metre yacht has 125GT and a beam of 6.9 metres. Four units of the yacht have already been sold, while the second hull is nearing completion. “The aggressive styling remains true to the Sunseeker line, but with a new three-dimensional aesthetic,” the yard explained.
The foredeck features two separate seating areas with a cinema screen, while the central flybridge has L-shaped seating, a fully equipped wet bar and space aft for free standing furniture or a Jacuzzi. The flybridge can be customised with an optional helm station, ample seating and a wet bar. There is also space for a Jacuzzi or additional sunbeds.
Tecnorib Pirelli 50
The PIRELLI 50, the new flagship of TecnoRib’s Walkarounds line, is designed for versatile use thanks to its roominess and adrenalin-fuelled soul: it is suitable for day cruising but also for mid-range cruising and is ideal as a chase boat for a superyacht.
The aerodynamic look recalls the family feeling of the range, thanks also to the collaboration with the Mannerfelt Design Team, which has made an important contribution to TecnoRib’s desire to offer an unprecedented level of performance in terms of speed, safety and seaworthiness.
The two-step planing hull, which combines the highest degree of stability and safety with exceptional performance, is designed by Ocke Mannerfelt, while his son Ted, now head of the studio, took care of the clean and essential lines, managing to design another model “that looks fast even when stationary”, keeping faith with one of the most important propositions of the range.
